It seemed easier to do another blog than to try to add them to my other one... that way the ones who aren't interested in the quilts don't have to be bothered. I don't try to claim I'm an expert quilter, but I do LOVE it! If I could only do one craft, I would DEFINITELY pick quilting.<br /><br />I've been quilting since about 1991 or so, my great aunt died and she and my great uncle were big quilters and none of the family wanted her quilting books, etc., so I got them. That got me started and I took a class a the LQS to teach me the basics and I've been crazy for it every since! I don't hand quilt much, just occasionally, but I do enjoy hand applique and machine piecing, even sometimes piecing by hand especially if we're traveling or when it's baseball season!
